Exchange or Return of Goods
We offer guaranteed printing products. Color Life Print has a guarantee unit, so you do not need to worry about damaged printing orders. After you collect your printing order, if you feel your job is not desirable or has been printed wrong, you can return your damaged order to our office within 7 days. Our guarantee team will check your damaged order, and if the damage is from our side, we will reprint your order.
Color Life Print is only responsible for printing errors that happen due to faults in our printing process. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by faults in your design or file type. To avoid any damage, we recommend that you follow our design guidelines and prepare your print files accordingly.
Return and guarantee terms:
- Report a damaged or wrongly printed order within 7 days after you collect it;
- return the order to our office so our guarantee team can check it;
- if the damage is from our side, we will reprint your order;
- damage caused by design or file faults is not covered;
- our guarantee terms are valid for 7 days after you collect your order.
